The wallpapers are for personal use only.

You cannot modify, change or alter our wallpapers in any way.

• Can use our free wallpapers and the previews for your personal use.

• If you want to post the free content on your website please contact us first. If approved, you must credit us respectively and link back to our site.
   
• Cannot sell any of the content found here in any way. You cannot modify our wallpapers in any way or use them for commercial purposes or any purpose other than personal use. Implementing them in any other products (physical or otherwise) is not allowed.

• Posting the free non-members wallpapers online is allowed but please link back to the site and if possible tell us about it.

Our members:

(Registered users)

• Can use all the content, including members-only wallpapers (for personal use only). You can use them on all devices you personally own or are within your household. Sharing them with your friends is not allowed, please make use of our Referral program instead or use the social buttons.
  *Your account is personal and it cannot be used for a corporate entity (e.g. you cannot get one account for an entire company and its employees).

• Can make use of all functions/services available to registered users including downloading multiple wallpapers at once. You do, however, acknowledge and accept that there are limits to the maximum number of downloads (per day, per month and max items in cart) for security reasons and that it’s our right to set and change these at any given moment without notification. Currently, you cannot exceed more than 1000 wallpapers a month and 50 a day.

• You requests for movies and wallpapers are treated with pririoty over the requests from unregistered users.

• Our gift cards are at your disposal if you want to buy an account for a friend.

•  Cannot sell, transmit or make available the members-only content to others in any way. You cannot modify our wallpapers in any way or use them for commercial purposes or any purpose other than personal use. Implementing them in any other products (physical or otherwise) is not allowed. 

• You absolutely cannot post members-only wallpapers online. If you want to post the free wallpapers on your site please contact us first. Public display, sale or any other form that goes beyond personal use is strictly prohibited.
   

      *Members can use the members-only wallpapers as Facebook covers ONLY in the designated resolution for it ("Facebook cover" from the drop-down menu). Any resolution other than that will be considered a breach of these Terms of Use and the account will be subject to termination. A link to the site in the comment section of the cover is always welcome and appreciated.

• You are responsible for all material coming from your account, whether shared publicly or privately in any way. If we find wallpapers coming from your account or implications you have released them in the first place we can terminate your account and hold you responsible for any damages done to our site.

• Please keep your comments civil and constructive. You cannot offend, harass or disrespect the other members on the site in any way. We have the full right to remove and/or edit any comments you make at any given moment.

~Privacy policy~

We hold your data in the highest regard in relation to privacy:

• We will never reveal any of the data you used to sign up or sell your data to third parties in any way. We can only use your data for internal statistics and for the purposes of improving your experience with our site.

• We may, on occasion, write to you about important changes or news regarding the site or for a special holiday like Christmas, Easter, Halloween etc. If you want us to ignore you in the e-mails we send to our members, please tell us about it.

• Your payment details are safe and are guaranteed by our checkout partners and their respective companies. We will never disclose any personal information about you to any third parties.

~Billing~

The subscription is for 1 year from the date of registration and it's not automatically renewed.
Default currency is USD - if you use another PayPal should convert the amount automatically.
The monthly prices are accurate (Total amount divided by 12) but are only used for illustrative purposes (to show how much regisration costs a month).
 

If you wish to use a payment method that's not listed on our website please contact us.

- Refund Policy -

You can cancel within 1 day of your registration and we will
give you a full refund minus a processing fee, no greater than a dollar.
After that your order becomes final.

If you violate these Terms of Use at any time you do not qualify for a refund
and we reserve our right to seek compensation for any damages caused.
 

If you have questions about billing please don’t hesitate to contact us.

~Miscellaneous~

You cannot use the comment system to offend or harass other members. You are also not allowed to advertise there in any way.

We will do our best to keep the site running full time but you can not hold us liable for any damages that may arise from using or the inability to use our site. In addition, you cannot hold us liable for any damages in regard to the content we publish (e.g. if you find it offensive in some way).

We reserve the right to remove or add content to the site in our sole discretion. You agree to remove any wallpapers that you have stored if we issue such request. If you are in violation of our terms of use and your account is terminated in breach of them you must remove all wallpapers you have stored locally and never use them again.

We can revoke access to your account or discontinue our services to you, in part or in whole, in our sole discretion at any time and for any reason without prior notice. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for taking any of these actions.
